Our titles
European Respiratory Journal (erj.ersjournals.com)
The ERJ publishes continuously online, print subscriptions are no longer available (Volumes 55-56 were the final printed volumes in 2020).
The subscription year runs from 1 January to 31 December. A subscription includes access to all ERJ online content for the duration of the subscription but does not include access in perpetuity. (Access in perpetuity is available only through participation in Stanford University’s LOCKSS scheme (www.lockss.org). ERS also participates in the CLOCKSS dark archive (www.clockss.org) to ensure permanence of availability.
Institutional access to the ERJ is IP-, Shibboleth- or OpenAthens-based. COUNTER-compliant usage reports are available at dashboard.erspublications.com.
Non-subscribers have access to tables of contents, abstracts and search results, as well as articles older than 18 months and ERJ Open articles.

New books in the ERS Monograph series are published quarterly, in March, June, September and December.

Subscriptions are payable in advance and will only commence after payment has been received. Where possible, please send payment with your order.
Payment can be made in GBP for subscribers outside the USA, or USD for subscribers based in the USA, using the following methods:

If you are paying by BACS or credit card, it is vital for the speedy processing of your payment, that you forward remittance advice quoting your account reference and/or invoice number to subscriptions@ersnet.org.
Please note: The payee is responsible for all bank charges. The full invoiced amount should be received to our account.
Discounts for agents
All subscription orders supplied via a subscription agent must contain the following information:
- End-user full postal address.
- A contact name at the end user institution and email address for administration of the online access account. This should ideally be the institutional librarian.
- Access data; IP ranges, OpenAthens ID etc.
- Publisher reference (references available on request from subscriptions@ersnet.org).
- 5% agent discount is applied on orders where the above information is supplied and payment is sent by bank transfer. The payee must pay all bank charges to ensure the full subscription amount is received to our account. Remittance advice of your payment and order should be supplied to subscriptions@ersnet.org, this will ensure quick handling of payment and access to the end user.
- 3% agent discount applied for orders where payment is made by credit or debit card.
Postal orders/cheques are no longer accepted.
No discount will be given if any of the requested end user information is missing from your subscription agent order.
Subscriptions will not be serviced until full payment and full end user details have been received.
Cancellations
Cancellation requests must be sent in writing to subscriptions@ersnet.org. Once online access has been provided, no refund will be given in part or in full.
